For tomato salad, I add garlic, first pressed virgin olive oil, basil, oregano and some pepper. You may add a little salt too. Nothing tastes better than fresh from the garden fruits and vegetables. From the vine to the table without a grocery bill.Thin chicken strips are dipped in breadcrumbs and crushed garlic, I also add garlic pieces to the olive oil. I roast the peppers on the grill, peel off any burnt skin, slice and add olive oil and chopped garlic. Enjoy !

To the left, we have Mr. Snuffles. Mr. Snuffles is laid back and easy going. He gets shy now and then and likes taking a back seat. He prefers observing over participating. His eyes are huge and bright copper.
