I'VE LOST MY INTERNET SERVICE

Hi, I haven't had internet service for awhile now. I'm hoping to get it going soon. I'm just using someone else's pc at the moment. I'll get in touch with you soon, when my service is restored. A PLACE IN THE SUMMER SHADE

Sunday, I found a nice shady spot to watch boats drift on a breezy, sunny day. We've had lots of rain these days, good for vegetables and flowers, mixed with clear, bright days with very low humidity, really comfortable weather, making ideal days outdoors. Enjoy the beautiful weather whenever we have it, make a point of spending time, even sparing just a little time outdoors in nature, doing whatever you like to do. There is a peace and calm out in nature that often can't be found indoors. Enjoy my photos and enjoy the nature surrounding you. HOW MY GARDEN IS DOING

These are some the vegetables I'm growing this year. above are cucumbers white onions. (I've planted red onions too.) cantaloupe seedlings still very small pumpkins are coming along nicely one of my basil plants tomatoes are flowering, that's a good sign this miniature rose is doing alright I've planted 20 tomato plants and wild fennel

PASTA AND HOMEMADE RAGU

My dinner tonight is some pasta with homemade ragu Recipe: 1 C lean ground beef 2 C crushed tomatoe 3 tbs olive oil 1/2 chopped onion 3 lrg garlic cloves 1 tsp sugar 1 tbs rosemary 2 tsp basil fresh parsley & pepper & salt

WOODLAND TRANQUILITY

The weather has been so nice, not too hot or cold.This kind of weather I like to take long walks on woodsy paths, listening to the sounds of birds, a babbling brook and seeing all the lush, cool greenery. There were a few gorgeous butterflies, they woulnd't sit still for a picture taking, but they are really beautiful. Iris are blooming everywhere, cinnamon stick ferns look so tranquil.I've always loved them. I hope you enjoy my pictures !
